 Nurturing your wellbeing in 4 ways

Our curated and comprehensive program of wellbeing activities ensures every facet of your health and happiness is taken care of and is structured under 4 core pillars of wellbeing.

  • Wellness

    Our wellness activities include mindfulness, yoga, women’s retreats, spiritual discovery and healing, art therapy, nature play, sleep insights and nutrition information.

  • Adventure

    Our adventure activities range from roller skating, paddle boarding, cycling, and kayaking (just to name a few)! Our adventure activities are also followed by an optional social coffee catch-up (or wine and cheese if you’re so inclined!) with other ‘Angels’.

  • Create

    Our creative pursuits allow you to unleash your imagination. From dancing sessions and painting to drawing or writing poetry in nature, these sessions are designed to be therapeutic and relaxing (with side-dishes of social interaction too!)

  • Gather

    Our gather sessions allow our magnificent ‘Angel’ community to catch-up socially for coffee and social connection, or virtually via our monthly webinars. We also have a private Facebook Group where our Angels can get to know each other more intimately.

The best part about Adventure Angels is that you can pick and choose what you do, and how involved you’d like to be, based on your schedule and life priorities. 

Whether you participate in every activity, or dip in here and there, we remove the roadblocks to leading a connected and energised life.
