March Blog - Wellbeing

The month of March was all about wellbeing, the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.

We celebrated International Women’s Day on the 8th March, by interviewing Mary Anne Caught featured above, about her Armourself program, especially designed for women wanting to explore their potential, breaking free from feeling fatigued and creating balance and calm in their body. A day 7 liver detox program to help balance the bodies hormones and get one’s body back in harmony.  See her interview HERE. We also enjoyed an amazing Nature Reservoir Walk around the scenic Happy Valley Reservoir with our lovely Angel members.

Some advice from Mary Anne - AUTUMN DRIES US OUT/ ZINC FOODS ARE ESSENTIAL...

If you’re confused about the best foods to eat, clean choices are key, keep it simple, the less processed the better. The Game Changers on Netflix promotes clean protein, plant-based eating styles inspired by ‘Blue Zones’ where people live energetic, healthy active lives. To get accurate information about a meat-based diet, check out Dr Gundry's guide on the carnivore diet for the best protein options. Not all meat is a good protein choice. The Armourself 7 Day restorative program covers it all. #letfoodbethymedicine #RestorativeMedicine #healthylifestyle

Our recommendation for this month is Deep Blue Cafe, it’s a casual place to eat, drink and relax. Located on the Esplanade at Moana, they invite a retro beach vibe with delicious homestyle food, colourful La Boca (Buenos Aires, Argentina) inspired building, an amazing team and more.
