November Blog - Tranquillity

The month of November was all about tranquillity, a peaceful, calm state, without noise. We were pleased to partner with Sadie Goddard-Wrighton who is a certified Health and Wellness coach with over 20 years’ experience in the local government and community wellbeing sector.

She delivered our women’s wellness walk and outdoor WIDSOM workshop on Sunday 5th November at Belair National Park at 1pm. What a wonderful day, beautiful blue skies, perfect temperature and some amazing ladies to share the peaceful walk around Belair National Park.

Our Adventure Angels gather activity this month took place at FIX. Speciality Coffee on 29th November. What a lovely place, across from the Adelaide Botanical Gardens. FIX. Speciality Coffee pours Wide Open Road roasted coffee from Melbourne with a range of eats including Cannelle French.

Each month Adventure Angels will be providing recommendations for things to try and giving a star rating out of 5. FIX. Speciality Coffee would be a solid 5 out of 5.
